About Goal Developments Ltd.
Started in 2016, Nic Grant started Grant Property Group with the idea he would build “spec” houses for the market. In 2020 we saw a shift in the market, property was booming, interest rates were low and first home buyers and home owners alike had a real chance to get in to the homes of their dreams for less than before. GPG offered the opportunity to get even more for less, higher spec, bigger back yard, better rental return. As we saw interest rates rise in 2023 our model is more attractive than ever. In 2024 we expanded our Canterbury operation in to the Waikato region and now in 2025 we have rebranded to Goal Developments, a name which aligns more with our vision for the future.
